How do I find my order number?
Your order number was included in the confirmation email sent after checkout. It typically starts with a # followed by a numeric code (e.g., #12345). Check your inbox or spam folder for an email from RegenPep with the subject line “Order Confirmation.”
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard US shipping takes 3–5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for 1–2 day delivery. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
My order shows “Processing” — what does that mean?
“Processing” means your order has been confirmed and our fulfillment team is preparing it. This includes quality inspection, verifying batch COA documentation, secure packaging in temperature-controlled materials, and label generation. This stage typically lasts 1–2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
How are peptides packaged for shipment?
All lyophilized peptides are packaged in sealed, light-protected vials within insulated, tamper-evident containers. For temperature-sensitive orders, we include cold packs to maintain stability during transit. Packaging is discreet with no product descriptions on the exterior label.
